You just need to dress warm, have an open mind and be ready to try something new!

What to wear snowshoeing in Canmore

Pants: When picking what pants to wear while snowshoeing in Canmore you need to take into consideration the weather! You’ll likely be in the snow. Be sure to wear a warm base layer pant with waterproof pants over top!

This is a very popular area for hiking, snowshoeing, and running, so you’ll likely encounter other people while exploring. The best times to visit this trail are March through November. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.

Windtower Summit
